ACCEPTANCE OF THE APPLICATION TO COMMENCE THE TENANCY:
When the application has been approved we will write to you confirming this and also confirming the date on which the tenancy will begin.

We will then ask for payment of the deposit on the property which will be equivalent to one month’s rent.

On the day the tenancy starts, the first month’s rent will  be payable in cleared funds, i.e. cash on the day or direct bank transfer to arrive in our bank account by the tenancy start date.
