Set Up Fee (Landlords share):

  • Agree the market rent and find a tenant in accordance with the landlord’s guidelines
  • Advise on refurbishment
  • Provide guidance re. statutory provisions
  • Carry out accompanied viewings (as appropriate)
  • Market the property
  • Advise on non-resident tax status (if relevant)
  • Prepare tenancy agreement and association paperwork

Inventory Fee and photographs to support the inventory (landlord’s share)






Deposit Registration fee:

  • Register landlord and tenant details and protect the security
    Deposit with My|Deposits.co.uk
  • Provide the tenant(s) with Deposit Certificate and prescribed
    Information for tenants within prescribed time period







Cancellation fee:  Only applies if we feel the owner may have used our
Agency in a manner which is not good ethical business practice.






Sale of Property:
In the event of a party introduced by our company (or any person or body corporate associated with that party), subsequently purchasing the property, whether before or after entering into a Tenancy Agreement, commission shall be payable to us on completion of the sale at the rate of one per cent , (1%) of the sale price.
